Motor conduction beam involvement

Motor conduction bundle involvement is one of the clinical manifestations of primary spinal tumors. When the cervical spinal cord is compressed during the compression stage, the spinal cord tract compression symptoms gradually appear on the basis of the original symptoms. Or disappear; the posterior tract is compressed and deep sensation may appear; the motor conduction tract is involved and paralysis of the upper motor neurons of the limb below the ipsilateral lesion segment is caused; hemisection syndrome is a specific symptom of extramedullary tumors in the spinal canal .
