Femoral head necrosis in children

Femoral head necrosis in children refers to the self-repair of femoral head necrosis after a slow process after the necrosis and collapse of the femoral head in children, generally 2-4 years. This disease is also called Legg-Calve-Perthes disease. Children are at the stage of rapid body development. After femoral head necrosis occurs, after proper treatment and exercise, and control of femoral head deformation without weight bearing, femoral head necrosis can fully recover in a short time. However, failure to detect the condition or improper treatment in time may leave the child with lifelong pain or even disability.
