Biliary chronic pancreatitis
Diseases of the biliary system can not only cause acute pancreatitis, but also often cause diffuse or local recurrent progressive inflammatory changes and fibrosis of the pancreas. It is clinically called biliary chronic pancreatitis or biliary chronic recurrent pancreatitis .
