Ginkgo poisoning

Ginkgo, also known as ginkgo, has a sweet flavor and can be cooked or fried. It has effects such as expectorant, cough, lungs, and asthma, but can cause poisoning after eating a large amount. Ginkgo contains hydrocyanate toxin, which is very toxic, and its toxicity decreases when exposed to heat, so raw food is more susceptible to poisoning. The general poisoning dose is 10-50 capsules, and the symptoms of poisoning occur 1-12 hours after eating ginkgo. To prevent ginkgo poisoning, it is not advisable to eat more ginkgo. This disease is more common in children.
