Water sores

Water sores are wet sores between the fingers (toes) caused by water ulcers in the hands and feet. Out of "Surgery Qi Xuan" Volume IX. Also known as water sores. It is mostly caused by long-term soaking of water slurry in hands and feet, or living in wet places for a long time, wet stains, and local friction. It often occurs between the hands or feet, or gradually expands. From the beginning of the disease, the affected area was slightly swollen, the skin was white and rotten, and then it was eroded due to friction, running water, conscious itching, or secondary infection. Occupational diseases that occur frequently in the working masses or for long periods of time in the water. The disease should be prevented to prevent long-term exposure of hands and feet to water and moisture. It is important to keep the area dry, such as the use of protective equipment. For treatment, first use licorice and barley kernels to wash the appropriate amount of decoction, and maintain local ventilation and cleanliness. Severe cases should stop working in water.
