Bloating in children

Abdominal distention (abdominal distention) is abdominal distension, which can be caused by intestinal cavity, intra-abdominal gas accumulation, effusion, huge abdominal mass or abdominal muscle weakness. In children, abdominal distension is most common with air distension. Normal newborns, especially premature babies, often see mild or more pronounced abdomen bulges after breastfeeding, and sometimes breast milk, but the baby is quiet, the abdomen is soft, no lumps can be felt, normal defecation, and good growth and development. It is commonly referred to as "physiological bloating".
