Hernia, that is, a part of human tissue or organ leaves the original part and enters another part through the gap, defect or weak part of the human body. Commonly known as "small bowel gas". Hernias protruding from the umbilicus are called umbilical hernias. There are two types of umbilical hernia in infants and umbilical hernia in adults.
