Glioma

Gliomas (Giiomas), also known as gliomas, are shortly known as gliomas. They are tumors that occur in the neuroectoderm and are also called neuroectodermal tumors or neuroepithelial tumors. Tumors originate from neurointerstitial cells, namely glial, ependymal, choroid plexus epithelium, and neural parenchymal cells, namely neurons. Most tumors originate from different types of gliomas, but according to their histogenetic origins and biological characteristics, various tumors that occur in the neuroectoderm are generally called gliomas.
