Ovarian fibroma

Ovarian fibroma is a common benign tumor in ovarian cord stromal tumors. Symptoms such as pelvic mass, pleural and peritoneal effusion, abdominal pain, and menstrual disorders may appear clinically. Some patients are asymptomatic and were only found by accident during physical examination or surgery. In terms of treatment, surgery is the main method. The cause is unknown. It may be related to the abnormal number and structure of certain chromosomes, and the role of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes.
