Congenital high shoulder blade

High scapula means that the scapula is in a high position, often with poor development and abnormal morphology. The disease was first reported by Eulenberg, and Sprengel was later introduced in detail, so it is also called Sprengel deformity. Congenital high scapula is rare, the incidence is unilateral, more common on the left, and bilateral is very rare. High shoulder blades are often accompanied by other congenital abnormalities, such as poor formation of the cervical ribs and ribs, and abnormalities of the cervical spine.
