Hypoproliferative acute leukemia

Low proliferative acute leukemia (HAL) is a rare type of acute leukemia (AL). Most patients with acute leukemia have more than active bone marrow hyperplasia. About 10% of acute leukemias have a decrease in whole blood cells, peripheral blood can be free of immature cells, no hepatosplenic lymphadenopathy, and bone marrow biopsy is reduced. 5% to 75%.
