Pediatric Patau Syndrome

Pediatric Patau syndrome, also known as Patau syndrome, is a more common chromosomal aberration disease. The abnormal chromosome is trisomy13 syndrome. The phenotypic features include developmental defects of the central nervous system, holoprosencephaly, small forehead with a slope-like appearance, and often defects at the top of the scalp. Retinal dysplasia, the formation of chrysanthemum clusters can be seen under section microscopy. Severe mental retardation, cleft lip and palate, multi-finger, etc. There are too many protrusions on the neutrophil nucleus. Trisomy 13 was only confirmed in 1966, and the mortality rate of trisomy 13 was higher.
