Ventricular premenstrual contraction in the elderly

Pre-ventricular systole is a premature ventricular agitation caused by ectopic pacing points below the branch of the Heath bundle. Older people are more common, and some may have no obvious clinical symptoms, and some may cause serious consequences that cannot be ignored. In the elderly, pre-ventricular contractions are more common in patients with organic heart disease, but also in normal people without organic heart disease. It is found that 24h ambulatory electrocardiogram should be performed before ventricular systole, and quantitative and qualitative analysis of ventricular premature contraction should be performed to evaluate and guide the prognosis.
