Painless myocardial infarction

Painless myocardial infarction refers to the lack of typical angina symptoms or only mild chest tightness in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Elderly patients with diabetes, occlusive cerebrovascular disease or heart failure are prone to painless myocardial infarction and are easily missed.
