Malignant histiocytosis

Malignant histiocytosis (malignant group) is a mononuclear mdash; a malignant proliferative disease of histocytes in the macrophage system. Clinical manifestations are characterized by fever, hepatosplenic lymphadenopathy, reduced whole blood cells, and progressive failure. Evil group is more common in young adults, most of them are 20 to 40 years old, and the incidence of men and women is 2 to 3: 1. The disease can be divided into acute and chronic types according to the course of the disease. Acute type is more common in China. The onset is rapid, the condition is dangerous and the disease course is short. Most cases of those who have not received chemotherapy have died within 6 months of onset due to exhaustion failure, liver and kidney failure, gastrointestinal tract and intracranial bleeding. Because the symptoms, signs, and laboratory tests are not specific, the diagnosis of the disease in China is still mainly based on clinical manifestations, bone marrow cell morphology, and / or biopsy. Early diagnosis is more difficult.
