Glandular cheilitis

Glandularis cheilitis is also called myxadenitis labiaris. It is a proliferative disease of the mucous glands of the lip, accompanied by dilatation of the duct and inflammatory reactions to varying degrees, and is prone to secondary infection. This disease is similar to TCM "cocoon lips". For example, "Surgery Zheng Zhi Quan Shu" records: "white vesicles on the lips, gradually swollen like silkworm cocoons, or swollen under the lips like black dates, dry and itching pain, all Qiqinghuo blood."
