Exfoliative osteochondritis

Most people believe that this disease is related to trauma to osteochondral fractures or repeated mild trauma caused by blood flow disorders, osteochondral necrosis and shedding. Some people have proposed bacterial or fat embolization of terminal arteries and family genetics. The fragments include cartilage and the bone beneath it. There is a fibrous pedicle connected or free from the pedicle. Fissure tissue or fibrocartilage covers and a small amount of new bone is formed on the fractured surface of the female bone and fragments. Completely free body fragments are constantly increasing for free bodies to absorb synovial fluid nutrients. Free body size and number vary, and joint lock can occur. Pedicle rupture results in intra-articular hematoma, and joint wear causes proliferative arthritis.
