Spinal syphilis

Spinal syphilis (myelosyphilis) is an important type of central nervous system syphilis, including tabes dorsalis, spinal meningovascular syphilis, and syphilitic myelitis. Syphilitic myelitis often involves the meninges due to lesions, and is also called syphilitic meningomyelitis.
