Vulvar liposarcoma

Liposarcomas are common in the trunk, limbs, and abdomen, and liposarcomas that occur in the vulva are rare. It is mainly manifested as a slow growing painless mass under the skin, which is polypoid and may be accompanied by a sense of fluctuation. Occasional manifestations of vulvar pain, discomfort, and progressive weight loss. Occurred in the labia majora, less clitoris and other parts. In the reported cases, all patients were misdiagnosed as benign lipoma or pasteurian cyst before surgery.
