Vulvar fibrosarcoma
Vulvar fibrosarcoma is a rare soft tissue sarcoma. It is a malignant tumor formed by fibroblasts and collagen fibers. It grows slowly and can develop invasive and local recurrence. Vulvar fibrosarcoma does not metastasize in advanced stages. It is easy to relapse, and the treatment is mainly based on extensive resection of early surgery, supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
