Aspergillosis

Aspergillosis refers to chronic inflammatory diseases of the skin, nails, external ear canal, eye socket, bronchus, lung, bone, and meninges caused by pathogenic Aspergillus. Recently, some aflatoxins have been shown to cause cancer. Granuloma, necrosis, and purulent manifestations often occur in infected sites.
