Cervical plexus entrapment

Neck and shoulder pain is a very common clinical disease. It is often attributed to cervical spondylosis, cervical fasciitis, neck muscle strain, and periarthritis. Kessler, Nikolai, Chen Desong, etc. have reported treatment methods such as cervical plexus closure, loosening treatment and surgical decompression, and the symptoms have been significantly relieved or disappeared. To this end, the author studied the local anatomy of the cervical plexus through clinical and autopsy, focusing on tracking the relationship between its behavior and surrounding tissues.
