Vulvar tuberculosis is very rare and occasionally can be secondary to severe tuberculosis of the lung, digestive tract, pleural peritoneum, or internal reproductive organs. Patients often have no typical symptoms and need to rely on auxiliary diagnostic methods to confirm diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
