Juvenile rheumatoid disease

Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) is a common connective tissue disease in childhood. It is characterized by chronic arthritis and is accompanied by multi-system involvement in the whole body, including joints, skin, muscle, liver, Spleen and lymph nodes. Younger children often have persistent irregular fever first, and their systemic symptoms are more pronounced than joint symptoms. Older or adult patients are more limited to joint symptoms. The clinical manifestations of this disease are quite different and can be divided into different types, so there are many names. Such as Still's disease (1897), juvenile rheumatism recurrent high fever type (Wissler Fanconi syndrome), juvenile chronic arthritis (JCA), juvenile rheumatoid disease and juvenile arthritis , JA) and so on.
