Pediatric high immunoglobulin E syndrome

High immunoglobulin E syndrome is Job syndrome, also known as Yao dermatitis syndrome, chronic granulomatous disease variant (Granulomatous disease variant), Buckley syndrome and so on. This symptom is a rare disease whose etiology and pathogenesis are unknown. In 1966, Davis reported 2 cases with the "Job Syndrome" as the disease name. In 1971, Pabst pointed out that the serum IgE of the disease was increased. In 1974, Hill discovered that the disease also had reduced neutrophil chemotactic function. The main characteristics of the disease are: ① chronic eczema dermatitis; ② neutrophil chemotaxis disorder and recurrent severe purulent infection; ③ serum IgE is significantly increased.
