Posterior pharyngeal diverticulum
More commonly, the bursa-like tissue formed in the mucosa and submucosa of the pharyngeal and pharyngeal muscles located in the pharyngeal constrictor muscles of the laryngo-pharynx is protruding outward. More common in middle-aged and older men.
