α1-antitrypsin deficiency
α1-antitrypsin (α1-antitypsin, α1-AT) deficiency is closely related to emphysema, and α1-AT deficiency is considered to be the main cause of familial emphysema. The lack of α1-AT is closely related to the incidence of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer in infants and young children.
