Tendinopathy

Tendon disease was first proposed by German scholars in the 1940s. In 1986, Perugia pointed out in his book: "There is a great contradiction in terms of using inflammation as a suffix to describe the degeneration of tendon tissue." Therefore, the main goal of doctors when using treatment is to block collagen breakdown, not anti-inflammatory. This requires a considerable period of rest and treatment to block the cyclic cycle of tendinopathy, promote collagen production and maturation, and restore tendon tension and functional strength.
