Malignant blue mole
Malignant blue nevus, rare. It can occur on the basis of the original blue mole or ota mole, or it can be malignant blue mole from the beginning. The skin lesions are superficial and can be ulcerated. The disease can invade local lymph nodes or spread extensively throughout the body. In addition, some necrotic areas are common but have no borderline activity.
