Osteofibrosarcoma

Bone fibrosarcoma is a malignant fibroblastic tumor characterized by tumor cells forming varying amounts of collagen, but without any tumorous bone-like tissue, bone tissue, or cartilage formation. It can occur in the medullary cavity or in the periosteum. It can be primary or secondary to poor fibrous structure, bone infarction, osteomyelitis, Paget's disease, and so on.
