Primary intestinal lymphangiectasia
Primary enteric lymphangiectasis is characterized by structural defects in the small intestinal mucosal lymphatics, which leads to lymphatic dilatation and functional obstruction, and cannot normally receive chylomicrons and lymphatic reflux.
