Sexual excitement disorder

Sexual arousal disorder refers to a patient's difficulty in producing or maintaining the normal physiological response required for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men and vaginal dryness or lack of lubricity in women (lack of external genital response in women). Impotence refers to the lack of erectile response of the male genitals and the desire for sexual intercourse, but the penis cannot be erected or the erection is not strong or firm during sexual intercourse, and it is difficult to perform or maintain satisfactory sexual intercourse. Impotence is divided into primary and secondary, and those who have never had a genital erection and cannot have sex throughout life are called primary impotence. Those who can have normal sexual intercourse and cannot have normal erection after illness, or who can have normal erection with this person at this time, and those who can't have normal erection at that time are called secondary impotence. Fewer women who lack an external genital reaction seek medical attention, and lack of vaginal lubricating secretion is often secondary to lack of sexual interest.
