Congenital dwarf dementia syndrome in children

Congenital dwarfism dementia syndrome in children is also known as Noonan syndrome, Noonan-Ehmke syndrome, pseudo-Turner syndrome, pterygoid neck syndrome, male phenotype of Turner, and male Turner syndrome. Both men and women can suffer from mental retardation (the symptoms of gonadal malformations have long been present) and growth and development disorders. At present, it is considered to be autosomal dominant, which has the clinical characteristics of Turner syndrome, with congenital heart disease such as pulmonary artery stenosis, atrial septal defect, open ductus and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and the chromosome examination is normal.
