Seminal vesicle malignancy

Malignant tumors of the seminal vesicles are rare. Because bladder carcinoma in situ, prostate cancer, rectal cancer, and lymphoma are susceptible to invasion and seminal vesicles, it is clinically difficult to distinguish whether the tumor originated from the seminal vesicles. Histologically, the primary seminal vesicle malignant tumors are mostly adenocarcinoma and sarcoma.
