Testicular torsion

Torsion of testis is also called spermatic cord torsion. Due to intense exercise or violent damage to the scrotum, the cremaster muscle attached to the spermatic cord is strongly contracted, causing torsion and causing acute blood circulation disorders of the testes. Clinically, it is not uncommon. It often occurs in congenital testis mesangial overgrowth, testis lead dysplasia, cryptorchidism, testicular insufficiency, epididymis and testis incomplete connection, epididymis and partial spermatic cord excessive activity, and excessive spermatic cord . There are two types of intrathecal and extracapsular types. The direction of testicular torsion is mostly from outside to inside.
