Primary skin tuberculosis syndrome

The primary complex of cutaneous tuberculosis is also known as tuberculouschancre or tuberculous chancre. The patient has never been infected with various types of tuberculosis before and lacks access to tuberculosis. Immunity, skin tuberculosis caused by first skin infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. More common in children, scattered in adults. Most of the TB bacilli are directly inoculated into the skin through minor skin trauma and cause symptoms. Due to different body immunity, tuberculosis toxicity, and different invasion pathways, the disease can have many types of clinical manifestations.
