Crohn's disease arthritis

Crohns disease (CD) is a non-specific non-specific gastrointestinal granulomatous inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract, with pathological changes such as ulcers, granulomas, scarring, and arthritis, and Colitis is collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The disease can occur throughout the digestive tract, but mainly affects the terminal ileum and adjacent colon, and the lesions are distributed stepwise. Clinically, it is characterized by abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal mass, intestinal fistula, and intestinal obstruction, often accompanied by extraintestinal manifestations such as fever. The course of the disease is more prolonged, and the onset of remission appears alternately. In severe cases, the prolongation is unhealed. There are often various complications and the prognosis is poor.
