Diffuse infantile fibromatosis

Diffuse infantile fibromatosis occurs in children under 3 years of age. Damage usually occurs in the upper arm, neck, and scapular region, with multiple myocardial fibers and fibroblasts infiltrating, similar to those seen in myofibrofibroma.
