Pediatric Tropical Giant Spleen Syndrome
Tropical splenomegaly syndrome is also called tropical splenomegaly syndrome or idiopathic tropical splenomegaly. Mainly manifested as chronic giant spleen, accompanied by hepatomegaly, leukocytes and thrombocytopenia, serum IgM and malaria antibodies were significantly increased.
