Idiopathic Omental Segmental Infarction

Idiopathic segmental infarction of greater omentum (Iopathic segmental infarction of greater omentum) is mainly manifested as an acute blood circulation disorder of the omentum. The etiology is unknown and the diagnosis is difficult. Bush (1896) first described the disease in detail. So far, about 200 cases have been reported abroad. Wang Timin of China reported the first case in 1985.
