Primary cancer of multiple parts of female reproductive tract

Among the primary cancers of the female reproductive tract, ovarian cancer with endometrial cancer is the most common. Ovarian and other female reproductive organ cancers with breast cancer are also the more common combination. As early as 1932, Warren and Gafe proposed diagnostic criteria: ① each tumor must have clear malignant characteristics; ② each tumor must be separated from each other; ③ the possibility of metastasis or recurrence from other tumors must be ruled out. In 1975 Deligdisch suggested that female reproductive tract MPC occurred within one year, called "contemporaneous"; those who occurred more than one year later, called "heterosexual." In recent years, "synchronous" MPCs have also been reported.
