Urinary red blood cells

Positive occult blood refers to hemoglobin and myoglobin in the urine, but not red blood cells; while urine contains more red blood cells, called hematuria. Due to the difference in bleeding volume, it can be light red defogging, lightly washed meat or blood samples, and even mixed with blood clots. Per liter of urine containing more than 1ml of blood can appear light red, the natural number is gross hematuria. Microscopic hematuria means that there is no obvious change in the appearance of urine, and more than normal red blood cells can be seen when microscopic examination is performed after centrifugation. In general, when more than 3 red blood cells are seen in each high-power field of vision, it can be determined as microscopic hematuria.
