Non Treponema pallidum antigen serum test

The non-treponemal antigenic serum test is a test that uses cardiolipin as an antigen to determine anticardiolipin antibodies in serum. This test has high sensitivity and low specificity, and is prone to biological false positives. After adequate treatment of patients with early syphilis, reptin can disappear, and those who have not been treated early to late can also reduce or disappear in some patients.
