Vitamin B3

Pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B3, is named pantothenic acid because it is widely present in nature. Pantothenic acid has the function of making antibodies, and also plays an important role in maintaining the health of hair, skin and blood. Almost all foods contain pantothenic acid, and the problem of deficiency is generally not a concern.
