Cochlear electrocardiogram uses the characteristics of the snail nerve action potential (AP) response threshold close to the hearing threshold to objectively evaluate the hearing threshold of those who are difficult to cooperate with. It is currently the most accurate method for identifying deafness lesions (conductivity, cochlea or posterior snail).
