Serum interleukin 6

IL-6 is a 26KD peptide with a wide range of biological effects, including: ① regulating the growth and differentiation of B cells. ② Enhance the killing effect of CTL and NK cells. ③ stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells. ④ Promote the synthesis of acute phase proteins, such as hepatocytes, and IL-6 secretion cells are present in every system of the human body. Therefore, IL-6 plays a very important role in maintaining the physiological balance of the body. A large number of experimental data have shown that abnormalities of IL-6 in the body are related to various diseases.
