Platelet test item

The platelet test item is a quantitative and qualitative analysis of platelets in the blood to diagnose platelet abnormalities. The basic functions of platelets are adhesion, aggregation, secretion, procoagulation, and blood clot retraction. These functions maintain the initial hemostatic effect of the normal human body. Bleeding diseases caused by these dysfunctions include hereditary and acquired types. In some diseases, platelet dysfunction and number decrease at the same time.
