Uncaria culture

Uncaria culture is an auxiliary inspection method for examining parasites. Also known as test tube filter paper culture method. Under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions, hookworm eggs develop and hatch larvae within a few days. Generally, after 3 to 5 days, they can be observed with the naked eye or a magnifying glass. The detection rate is 7 times that of the direct smear method, which is also better than Saturated saline flotation method, the filamentous maggots hatched can be used for species identification. This phase examination can be used to determine the corresponding symptoms.
