Uncaria culture

Uncaria culture is an auxiliary inspection method for examining parasites. Also known as test tube filter paper culture method. The detection rate is 7 times that of the direct smear method, which is also better than Saturated saline flotation method, the filamentous maggots hatched can be used for species identification.
