Spherical red blood cells
Spherocytes are common in hereditary spherocytosis and other hemolytic anemias with spherocytosis, such as autoimmune hemolytic anemia, neonatal hemolytic disease, and hemolytic anemia caused by red cell enzyme deficiency.
