Fibrosis of upper lung is obvious

The proliferation of fibrous tissue in organs or tissues that causes a significant increase in collagen fibers is called fibrosis. This change is most common in chronic inflammation caused by long-term effects. The two upper pulmonary fibrosis lesions generally refer to the lungs that have been infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The basic pathological changes of tuberculosis include inflammation, hyperplasia, and caseous necrosis.
